Returns & Exchange Policy
We want you to be delighted with any product you buy from us, so if you are not completely satisfied, please email email@example.com to let us know within 14 days of receipt of goods. We can then arrange to replace or exchange your item, or refund its purchase price (nb the refund will not include the original cost of postage & packing). All returned goods must be in perfect order and returned in the original packaging. This is in addition to your statutory rights.
In the event that your order arrives damaged please email firstname.lastname@example.org immediately, we can then arrange collection of the goods and organise a replacement as soon as possible.
Authentics is not responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit. We recommend using a delivery method such Royal Mail Special Delivery which tracks and insures your parcel. Please retain the proof of postage as it maybe required for signed proof of delivery.
If your item is valued £100 or above, please contact customer services at email@example.com, so that we can arrange collection.
